When you hear the word "tweet" what do you think of?

I'm going to be talking about one of the most popular communication apps,

highlights how marketing plays a huge role in the app.
Twitter can be a very powerful tool for businesses to market.
While it allows users to search for deals, contact the company, and read
reviews, it provides many more benefits for the business itself.
The app allows businesses to discover what's happening. For a

Twitter also helps businesses increase their brand awareness. Through tweets,
posts, or likes, businesses can regularly communicate with their following
while also increasing it. Outside of brand awareness, Twitter has created a
platform where businesses can offer customer service to their followers.
Instead of calling a number or visiting a website, Twitter users find it much
easier and beneficial to contact customer service through the app. The last
benefit of Twitter would be that it allows businesses to connect with
customers, brand advocates and influencers. These three groups are crucial in
forming connections and promoting your business.
